TIFHC has successfully developed or acquired properties and complies with programs such as Community Development Block Grants, HOME Investment Partnership Grants, FHA Mortgage Insurance, Section 42 Tax Credits, Tax-Exempt Bond Financing, AHDP requirements, and conventional debt. The organization and its members have formed Single Member Limited Liability Companies to participate either solely or as General Partner.
