Consulting and Staffing
In addition to its roles as Principal, Borrower and General Partner on various transactions, New Mexico Inter-Faith Housing Corporation provides third-party consulting in development, compliance and asset management.
Development services include market feasibility, negotiation, land acquisition, project acquisition, project financing, pre-development and owner representation during construction and lease-up as needed.
Asset Management services include direct representation on behalf of the owner or borrower on an existing project. Services, which can be provided on a temporary or ongoing basis, include:
- Controlling fixed costs such as property taxes, utilities and insurance
- Stabilizing operations and increasing net income
NMIFHC Asset management services include strategic, both short and long-term, financial analysis that supports asset sustainability. Our asset management role is focused on owner representation in negotiations, management oversight and financial situations.
New Mexico Inter-Faith partners with Portfolio Resident Services (a member of the Inter-Faith Group) to provide high quality resident services.
PRS designs, staffs, implements, and tracks programs that proactively assist residents in both the short and long term. Their efforts focus on not only meeting LURA requirements but building community within the properties they serve. This translates into a higher cash flow by reducing expenses and stabilizing occupancy.
