Brompton is a certified CHDO (Community Housing Development Organization), therefore, it is organized under the regulations of local and state laws as dictated by federal law. It is a member of the Inter-Faith GROUP, a multi-platform group of organizations devoted to inspiring lives and improving asset performance.

Brompton is the managing member/owner of a significant portfolio of properties.  It focuses on strategic asset management/acquisitions/development. Brompton contracts with Texas Inter-Faith Management for property management services and Portfolio Resident Services for resident/social services and both entities are members of the Inter-Faith GROUP. The GROUP’s combined experience encompasses over a billion dollars in asset acquisitions, dispositions, and/or operational oversight.

Brompton is governed by a board of directors with direct housing experience and one third of the board are elected representatives of low-income housing within the communities served.
